Cook with Oregano

Oregano (Origanum vulgare) is widely used in Mediterranean cuisine, and is often associated with pizza.
It has a warm, strong aroma, and it's used mainly as a dried herb.
It's used in mexican cuisine, also perfect for tomato dishes, and it can be an ingredient of the bouquet garni.

Oregano Flower

Similar to oregano, Greek oregano has a stronger aroma and white, smaller flowers.
