Cook with Thyme

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) is used fresh or dried in Mediterranean and Arab cuisine. Is often used with meats, fish, cheese and eggs, in stews and soups.
It is a classic ingredient of the french bouquet garni, and of other herbs mixtures all over the world.

Thyme

Wild Thyme (Thymus serpyllum) has thicker leaves and a stronger aroma than regular thyme.

Lemon Thyme (Thymus citriodorus) is a Thyme species with a delicate lemon aroma. It goes on chicken, eggs and fresh fruit.
